Congrats, extremely good job, I just want to open a discussion about CEO stocks, maybe I'm wrong but CEO has a stock compensation plan fully vested for 775.000 stocks (execution date until 2027), but he is systematically selling off them. At the moment he is selling 2000 stocks almost every month. It's totally understandable because he is a 67 years old guy who has suffered a stroke last year, but I believe he is not HODLING, from my point of view he is just exiting slowly.

Thanks for your kind words Lubian. Yes, what you comment is a fact. He is cashing all his compensation stock. It will make me happier if he kept them, obviously. If I remember right, his base salary + bonus has decreased a bit in the last years, so somehow he is compensating it with the stock sales + what you say, he is an old guy.

I have tried to make an honest thesis and my main concerns are the management skills to make the company grow and allocate capital properly and wisely. Last announcement of stock buyback with the share at $40 was a good first point, in my opinion. We will see.
