Hi Carlos, the quotes are words literally from Xi. I believe there is no proper Free market anywhere nowadays. Everywhere we live in a State Capitalism, in a higher or lower degree towards a free market or towards socialism/communism. However, I do believe China is many times critiqued for some anti-capitalism measures/policies, whereas if those are imposed by the US/Europe governments, they are considered as antimonopoly regulations and are appreciated by many statements of the society.
Having said that, I have a couple of positions in China due to macroeconomic factors, high quality and competitive advantages of the companies I am invested in, and extremely low prices due to a negative sentiment of the market towards China.
